Naturally there is much more to making our shoes. This is designed to give you a quick glimpse into shoemaking.
There is a lot of thought and work put into the making of your custom molded shoes. It starts with the receiving of the casts, then being filled and the order written. From there the toes are elongated, insoles formed, and leather lining applied.Once the foundation is formed and cured, the base is ground and balanced. Marking off the lines of the shoe, leather is pulled over the cast, and soling applied. Once the casts are removed the shoes are stitched, cleaned and ready to be shipped to you.
